Data Reporting

Information on the date of discharge, reason for discharge, and subsequent placements are reported by the provider to the Bluegrass Children's Performance Measurement Service by way of the Monthly Census Report (MCR) and/or Population List. Missing, incomplete or anomalous information generates a written or telephonic request for correction. Additionally, providers report physical management data and complete the Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL).

Data Verification

The Bluegrass Children's Performance Measurement System will conduct annual data verification on a sample of 10% of a facility's records. Additional audits may occur outside of this cycle as deemed necessary.

Data Transmission

The Bluegrass Children's Performance Measurement System has transmitted non-core production data for the fourth Quarter of 1999 through the second Quarter of 2007 to The Joint Commission.
