Bluegrass Children's Performance Measurement Service subscribers receive monthly reports and graphs for all measures for which they submit data, regardless of which measures are reported to the Joint Commission. In other words, subscribers can receive monthly outcomes data for twenty unique performance measures at no additional cost (rather than just the measures required by the Joint Commission). Furthermore, the Bluegrass Children's Performance Measurement Service scores all CBCLs submitted and returns a narrative report to the provider.

Each monthly report package contains the following:

• HCO-level and individual facility-level results for all measures for which data have been provided.
• Raw data used to calculate the measures (e.g., numerator and denominator, if it is a rate-based measure) to allow the facility to total performance over individual months.
• Overall comparison group results and standard deviations for all measures.
• Corresponding comparison charts for all measures (HCO-level results versus HCO-level comparison group results).
• If requested, benchmarking reports & graphs for all facilities within the HCO with facility-level results versus facility-level comparison groups.

Each quarter the following are provided:

• Corresponding control charts (new web link) for all measures (HCO-level results).

Additionally:

• The staff of the Bluegrass Children’s Performance Measurement System are available for support and education as needed.
