The Irene Nooe Adult Crisis
Stabilization Program is designed to help adults who are
experiencing a short-term mental health crisis and need
psychiatric services. These adults do not require psychiatric
hospitalization but do need more care
than can be provided in a home setting. The small size of the
Program allows clients to receive intensive and individualized
care.
While at the Crisis Stabilization Program,
clients are supported in their efforts to learn coping skills
and increase their sense of empowerment. Professional staff
provide individual and group therapy, coping skill educational
opportunities, and community resource referral services. This
safe treatment focused environment allows clients to return to
their pre-crisis level of functioning.
