Support Services
The Program Director has full oversight of the TFC Program and has responsibility for matching children to appropriate TFC homes.
The Case Manager or “Wrap Around Coordinator” ensures that the child, birth family and foster family receive in home support as well as community services to assist the family in reaching a permanency goal.
The TFC, Comprehensive Care or Outside Therapist works with the child and birth family through a needs assessment and on going therapy sessions.
Bluegrass TFC offers 24 hour support through our crisis line and constant contact with the assigned case manager. Our caseloads are limited to 12 per case manager, allowing for more intense services.
